The nutrition facts that I calculated are for 1/2 breast servings. If you prefer a whole breast, then you must double the nutritional content. Recipe may also be doubled for bigger family.

Ingredients:

3 Chicken Breasts bone and skin removed

Natures Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute, 4 tbsp

Yellow Mustard, 1/4 cup

Basil,dried,1/4 tsp

Paprika, 1/4 tsp

Parsley, dried, 1/4 tsp

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste,

and place in a foil lined, lightly greased 8x8 inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil,

paprika, and parsley. Mix well.

Brush 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken to cover.

3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Covered with foil.

4. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with

the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture.

Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or

until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
