Apple Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients

1 tbs soy sauce
1/3 cup Apple Butter
1/4 cup water
4 lean pork loin chops, trimmed of fat

Directions

Brush 4 chops with 1 Tbsp soy sauce.
In skillet brown chops on both sides.
Add 1/3 cup apple butter and the 1/4 cup water; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
cook, uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes, until sauce thickens.
Makes 4 servings
