My Shake-N-Bake Cloned Pork Chops

Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon crushed Wheaties Cereal
2 teaspoon Whole Wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Splenda
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
4 extra lean boneless pork loin chops

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Line baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray
Combine all dry ingredients in a ziplock bag , mix well
Place moistened pork chops in individually and coat each one well
Place on baking sheet
Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through.
